These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and PkWebs.com ("PkWebs", "we", "us"), operated by Aza International LLC. By using PkWebs.com you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform. If you are using PkWebs on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

PkWebs.com is a searchable business listing platform that connects users with businesses. Our services include:
Basic listing
Free business data listings available to any registered business.
Business Premium
Yearly paid subscription unlocking chat, Zoom meetings, and enhanced visibility.
Referral program
Earn rewards when the businesses and users you refer make paid transactions.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Eligibility & accounts
To access certain features you must create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Age requirement: you must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.
- Account security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.
- Accurate identity: you may not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a business.
- Suspension or termination: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
Listings & subscriptions
PkWebs offers two listing tiers. Basic listings are free forever and provide standard business data. Business Premium is a paid, yearly subscription that adds direct chat with customers, Zoom meeting scheduling, enhanced visibility in search results, and a Premium badge.
Paid listings are subject to subscription fees. Once a Business Premium subscription begins, the fee is non-refundable, and the service is available for a period of one year from the date of activation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish in your listing. Listings must relate to a real business and must not contain false, misleading, or infringing content.
Referral program
PkWebs members can join our referral program and receive a unique referral code to share with businesses and friends. Rewards are subject to the following rules:
- Paid transactions only: referral rewards are earned only from paid transactions made by users who sign up using your unique referral code. Free registrations alone do not generate a reward.
- Admin-defined amounts: discounts and earning percentages are set by PkWebs at our discretion and may be updated from time to time.
- Program changes: PkWebs.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without notice.
- No abuse: self-referrals, fraudulent signups, or any attempt to game the referral system will result in reward reversal and possible account suspension.
Payments
All payments for paid listings are processed securely via our payment gateway or by bank transfer. By making a payment, you authorise us and our provider to charge your chosen payment method.
- Third-party providers: PkWebs.com is not liable for any errors or interruptions in payment processing caused by third-party providers, banks, or payment gateways.
- Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions unless we state otherwise.
- Chargebacks: abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
Prohibited activities
To keep PkWebs safe and trustworthy for everyone, users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information about their business or any listing.
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of PkWebs.com, including through scraping, unauthorised automation, or attacks on the platform's infrastructure.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of PkWebs.com or of other users.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform.
We may investigate and take action, including removing content, suspending accounts, or terminating access, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.
Limitation of liability
PkWebs.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Privacy policy
Your use of PkWebs.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you also agree to the practices described there.
Changes to these terms
PkWebs.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, we will do our best to bring them to your attention directly.
