User–business interactions
PkWebs provides tools that make it easy for users to discover and contact businesses, including messaging and, for Premium listings, chat and Zoom meeting scheduling. These tools are conveniences; they do not make PkWebs a party to the conversation or the deal that follows.
- Deals are between users and businesses. Any offer, agreement, purchase, quote, or contract is entered into directly between the parties on their own terms.
- Payments outside the platform. Where you pay a listed business directly, PkWebs is not involved in the payment and cannot recover, refund, or mediate that payment.
- Meetings and communications. The content, safety, and accuracy of anything shared through chat or Zoom is the responsibility of the participants.
